– Interest in medicine
The Fellow will perform experiments in a basic science laboratory that studies multiple sclerosis, thus there is a strong clinical link to our work. They will be required to take all mandatory lab safety courses prior to starting the internship so that they may ‘hit the ground running’. Expectations include that they keep careful notes and a laboratory notebook. They will have the opportunity to present data at regularly scheduled lab meetings. Depending on their progress, there is an opportunity to present at national meetings and be included in published manuscripts.
