A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but equivalent professional work experience with customer service focus will be considered. Prior industry experience is helpful but not necessarily required.

Fellow Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Participate in Fellowship orientation
· Complete a monthly recap of activities
· Learn, understand and epitomize Expeditors culture
· Set an example of excellence in every under taking
· Fulfill full-time employee training requirements
· Complete all relevant training as listed on each department’s development map
· Track the progress of training in each department
· Understand and assist with the operations of each department
· Understand the management processes used within in each department
· Assist with the responsibilities and duties of the operators of each department
· Complete at least 2 projects during the program
· Attend all department, sales, and branch meetings
· Develop interpersonal communication skills and industry knowledge
